I love this feature. It comes under the Design category. To me, it is the most exciting feature of Webflow. If I have to recommend the best feature, the Designer is the one. With the help of the Designer, you get complete control over HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript of your website.
Here, you get a visual canvas to create layouts without writing a single piece of code. With just drag-and-drop functionality, you can transform the blank canvas to an attractive user interface of a website.
The tool also offers pre-made elements that you can add straight away. You can also build your own from scratch using its page builder. You can make your website elements highly-portable and turn various elements accessible throughout the project.
Say you created a footer, sign up form, navigation bars, etc. You can just plug-and-play all such elements on other pages without having to re-build again in your project.
Through Designer, you can also work with CMS to add real-time content on your website instead of working with dummy texts. This makes the designing process faster because you are working with actual content that’s going to be there on the live website.

You can also add animations that build as you scroll through the page; I loved this feature. Add custom animations that trigger as per the movements of the mouse pointer. Whenever you hover or click on an element, it’d slightly change to a captivating movement.
You get several effects for entrances and emphasize to enlighten specific parts, texts, or elements on your webpage.
Usually, I prefer to design my pages concerning my sales and marketing funnel. And Webflow allows me to do so.
I can literally develop my pages from scratch while maintaining the buyer’s journey and funnel’s steps. So, these two were features of Design. Now, we will discuss two features of Build.
3. Content Management System (CMS)

What if you can develop your website as per your content? I mean, you don’t need to expand or shorten your content based on a template. Yes, you can do that with Webflow.
Thanks to the robust CMS of Webflow, you don’t have to limit your text, image, or video as per the orientation of a theme or template. You can also edit content by uploading a CSV file. Webflow has an API to let you upload all your content online then structure the layout accordingly.
Unlike WordPress, Webflow does not have any backend dashboard to edit pages, blogs, content, media, etc. Whenever you need to modify or change something in your content, you can do it on the page only.
You can also filter content as required. There are several conditional display regulations so that only specific visitors get to see content on your landing pages. Webflow lets you also work directly with JSON.
